Everyone has their own system for organizing office files. Earlier this year, I outlined a hanging file system<\/a> that works for many of my clients but that system only works if you can identify the items in the folder.<\/p>\n I recommend swapping out the original tabs that come with most file folders for larger 3.5\u201d file tabs<\/a>. You might not think it makes much difference, but size does matter when it comes to being able to read a label. As we get older, we often prefer (or need) larger fonts. The larger file tab provides additional space which makes it easier to read.
