Linda DeppaBreathtaking scenery and majestic rock formations abound in Zion National Park, but it was this rock formation that caused me to pause and reflect.
Carefully balanced rocks created a tranquil scene and reminded me of the support and help we all need to get to where we want to go in life.
In this photo each rock, big or small, is very important to the next rock. To me, it illustrates the types of support we need to get to the top of our accomplishments. Sometimes it’s a word of encouragement or the steadying support of family members that gives us stability and courage to take the next big step.
When you stop to consider your journey, don’t overlook the seemingly small actions that inspire you to keep going because those are the things that keep the bigger milestones in balance. Click To Tweet

Knowing that it takes different kinds of support to reach goals, consider ways to offer support to a loved one this week. Remember sometimes it’s the seemingly small actions that keep everything balanced. Make a list of five ways you can offer encouragement or support this week.
